AI is going to wreak havoc on all sorts of our systems, some we know of and some we don’t. This week Amazon listings got taken over by OpenAI messages and it proliferated across many, many furniture listings.
As things become more automated, we’re likely to get a lot more of this stuff and as Cory Doctorow says the “ensh*tification” of the Internet will likely continue.
How do we stop this? It’s gonna be hard.
